  • Options Order Flow (consolidated and unconsolidated, real-time and historical)

  • Options Exposure (Delta, Gamma, Vanna, and Charm dealer positioning analytics)

• Trade Teach Hub Discord Community: An active premium Discord offering market analysis, ICT-based education, premium alerts on options, futures, and BTC, VIP Alpha Room access, live voice sessions, and exclusive trader resources. Membership in the Discord is governed by its own Terms processed via Upgrade.chat.

• Public Website: Free access to gexmafia.com for information about the ecosystem, upcoming platform, and Trade Teach Hub Discord.

The analytics platform is currently in development and is not yet live. When the platform launches, users will be able to access it directly through gexmafia.com. Terms specific to platform access, pricing, and billing will be disclosed at that time.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

All content, analytics, data, alerts, commentary, and educational material provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. • Renewal: Once the platform launches, subscriptions will renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly, quarterly, annual) unless cancelled before the next billing date.

• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the applicable billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

• Price Changes: Prices may change. Any price change will apply to future renewals, not the current paid term.

• Trade Teach Hub Discord: Subscriptions to the Discord community are billed separately through Upgrade.chat and are subject to the Trade Teach Hub Terms of Service.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, real-time, and informational nature of the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. By subscribing, you waive any statutory cooling-off rights to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases such as duplicate charges or technical errors that fully prevented access.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support first will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access without refund, and may be contested with evidence of service delivery.

• Not scrape, mirror, automate, or systematically extract data from the platform or Discord by any means.

• Not use the Service for illegal activity, market manipulation, insider trading, or anything that violates Discord's Terms of Service or U.S. law.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, mute, removal, permanent ban, or platform access revocation, with no refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared through GEX Mafia, including alerts, analytics, data, dashboards, code, PDFs, templates, voice recordings, written lessons, visualizations, and graphics, is the intellectual property of GEX Mafia and its contributors, protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own learning and trading. You may not:
